Magnesium salt of phosphate ester of vitamin C (ascorbic acid). It is a powdery, water-soluble derivative with enhanced stability of vitamin C. It has skin brightening effect and collagen synthesis promoting effect. It can be used as the main ingredient in products for the whitening category of Japanese quasi-drugs.
