Procedure
Combine Items 6 – 8 (main batch) in a beaker and heat to 75 °C to 80 °C in a water bath.
Add Items 1 – 5, one by one into the main batch with propeller mixing at medium to high speed and maintain the heat to 75 °C to 80 °C in a water bath. Mix until all waxes are melted.
At 70 °C to 75 °C, homogenize at 3000 rpm for 2 min to 3 min.
Around 65 °C, transfer the main batch to slow to medium anchor mixing.
Stop mixing at 45 °C to 50 °C.
