Procedure
Combine item 1 – 2 and heat to 75 – 80°C and then add item 3.
Combine item 4 – 9 in another beaker and heat to 75 – 80°C.
Add item 4 – 9 into Main Batch with medium speed propeller mixing.
Around 65 – 70 °C, homogenize the batch at 3000 – 3500 rpm for 2 minutes.
Transfer the batch to anchor mixing at slow – medium speed for cooling.
At 45 – 50°C, add item 10 – 11 with slow mixing until uniform.
Stop mixing at 40°C.
