Procedure
Combine item 1 – 4 (main batch) and heat to 80 – 85°C.
Combine item 5 – 9 and heat to 80 – 85°C.
Add item 5 – 9 to the main batch with homogenizing at 3000 rpm for 3 mins.
Add premixed item 10 and 11 into main batch and homogenize at 2500 rpm for 2 min.
Transfer the main batch to moderate propeller mixing for cooling.
At 45 – 50°C, add item 12 and 13 into main batch with gentle mixing.
