Procedure
Add Item 2 to Item 1 (Main Batch) slowly with continuous propeller mixing. Once dissolved and uniform, heat to 75 °C to 80 °C.
At 75 °C, add Items 3 – 6 to the Main Batch. Continue mixing and heating until all solids are melted.
Remove from heat and homogenize at 4500rpm for 3 min.
Transfer to anchor mixing during cool down. At 45 °C to 50 °C, add Item 7 to the Main Batch.
Discontinue mixing at 40 °C to 45 °C and allow to cool to room temperature undisturbed.
