Procedure
Combine Items 1 – 2 (Main Batch) and heat to 75 °C to 80 °C while propeller stirring.
Pre-disperse Items 3 – 4. At 80 °C, add Items 3 – 8 to the Main Batch.
Continue mixing and heating for an additional 10 to 15 min after solids have melted.
Maintain heat at 70 °C and homogenize at 3500rpm for 3 min.
Transfer to slow speed anchor mixing for cool down.
Discontinue mixing at 40 °C – 45°C and allow to cool to room temperature undisturbed.
