Procedure
Combine Items 1 – 4 and heat to 80 °C.
Combine Items 5 – 8 (main batch) and propeller mix until Calcium Gluconate is dispersed. Heat to 80 °C.
Add Items 1 – 4 to main batch and propeller mix at medium speed.
At 70 °C, homogenize at 3500 rpm for 3 minutes.
Transfer to slow – medium anchor mixing.
At 55 °C, add Items 9 – 10 to main batch.
Stop mixing at 45 °C – 50 °C and allow to cool to room temperature.
