Specifications

Viscosity
300 – 1,000 cps
Procedure
Combine items 1 – 2, heat to 80ºC.
Combine items 3 - 5 and mix them in SpeedMixer at 2500 rpm for 5 min.
Add item 6 - 8 to item 3 - 5 dispersion, heat to 80ºC.
Add items 1 – 2 into items 3 - 8 with homogenization at 2000 rpm for 3 minutes.
Let cool to 45ºC with propeller mixing, then add item 9.
Finish cooling to room temperature with anchor mixing.
