Procedure
Combine Items 5 – 7 (main batch) and start heating to 80 °C to 85 °C in a water bath. 3 % to 5 % of water was compensated up front for water loss during the heating process.
At 55 °C to 60 °C, add Item 4 into main batch while using medium to high propeller stirring.
At 70 °C to 75 °C, add Items 1 – 3 into main batch while using medium to high propeller stirring.
At 75 °Cto 80 °C, continue mixing at medium speed for 10 to 15 minutes. Ensure all items are melted and uniformly dispersed.
At 75 °C to 80 °C, homogenize at 3000 rpm for 2 min to 3 min.
Transfer to slow to medium anchor mixing.
Stop mixing at 45 °C to 50°C. Allow to cool to room temperature.
