Procedure
Combine Items 1 – 3 (Main Batch) and heat to 80 °C to 85 °C while propeller mixing.
At 55 °C to 60 °C, add Item 4 to the Main Batch.
At 70 °C to 75 °C, add Items 5 – 7 to the Main Batch.
At 75 °C to 80 °C, continue mixing and heating for an additional 10 to 15 min.
Remove from heat and homogenize at 3000rpm for 3 min.
Transfer to slow speed anchor mixing during cool down.
At 45 °C to 50 °C, discontinue mixing and allow to cool to room temperature undisturbed.
